What we collect and why.
- Contact form — name, email, company, and your message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry. Processed by our form provider (Formspree) and delivered to us by email. Legal basis: your consent / steps prior to a contract.
- Booking — when you book a call, scheduling data is processed by Calendly to arrange the meeting. Legal basis: your consent / steps prior to a contract.
- Server logs — our host may process technical data (IP address, browser) for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We do not use advertising or marketing-analytics tracking on this site.
Recipients. Data is shared only with the service providers above (Formspree, Calendly, our host), acting as processors. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention. Enquiry and booking data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Contact contact@alcor-consulting.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
