Why we do it
We started Alcor to bring senior technology and security advice to teams that usually can’t reach it. Non-profits are exactly that: small teams doing important work, often carrying real technology and data risk with no one to turn to. So we give part of our time back.

How it works
It starts with a short, no-obligation call. If we can help, we scope a focused piece of work, pro bono, on your situation with senior people involved throughout, never handed off to juniors. Most engagements are a few days of focused help rather than an open-ended commitment.

We stay vendor-neutral and give the same honest, security-minded advice we give every client. The goal is simple: leave your organisation more capable and more secure than we found it.
